The second stage of the Sady Wilanowskie estate consists of 13 energy-saving houses, the construction of which uses modern solutions that will become a standard in a few years. It is primarily about thermal insulation of both the walls and the roof and the use of triple glazing in the windows. In addition, houses will have the option of installing an air exchange system (recuperation) and the use of other solutions allowing for future energy savings.
